Why This Is Rare

Skip 2 years of groundwork.
Start selling month one.

Most skincare startups spend 12-18 months on formulation, branding, regulatory work, and website setup before making their first sale. Baby and Eve eliminates all of that. The formulas are perfected. The brand looks amazing. The Shopify storefront is live. Previous retail relationships provide a contact list for a new owner to approach.

Why is the founder selling?

Founder, Baby and Eve & BrowsEyesLips
1
2013 - Moved to Canada

The founder immigrated to Canada and began developing natural skincare formulations based on family knowledge passed down through generations in Serbia.

2
2014 - Launched Baby and Eve
Baby and Eve

Built the brand from scratch - perfected formulations, designed packaging, and grew distribution to 150+ retail locations across Canada including Snuggle Bugz, TJ's Kids, and Well.ca.

3
2016 - Launched second brand
BrowsEyesLips
BrowsEyesLips production line
BrowsEyesLips production machine

In 2016, a new beauty trend was just starting to take off - microblading, the semi-permanent eyebrow tattooing technique. The founder saw it early, before it became one of the biggest beauty trends of the decade. Spotting a gap in aftercare for technicians, he launched BrowsEyesLips alongside Baby and Eve. BEL took off fast - the B2B model, manufacturing demands, and rapid global growth pulled in the founder's full attention, and it now supplies over 10,000 beauty studios across the USA and Canada.

Baby and Eve was set aside as the founder put full focus on BEL - no new product launches, no marketing push, no dedicated attention. The brand, formulations, and retail relationships stayed intact, but the growth engine was switched off. That's exactly why it's available today.

4
2020 - Built and sold Rapid Protectant
Rapid Protectant

When COVID-19 hit, the founder built Rapid Protectant - a hand sanitizer brand that became one of the top-selling sanitizers on Amazon Canada. Acquired by DL Group in 2021.

5
2025 - New venture in Serbia
Linky.rs

The founder launched Linky.rs, a booking platform in Serbia, and is splitting time between Canada and Serbia. BrowsEyesLips manufacturing continues in Canada and the founder remains based here. Baby and Eve - a proven, complete brand - is ready for a dedicated owner to give it full focus.

A brand built by someone who knows how to build brands. Baby and Eve reached 150+ retailers. BrowsEyesLips scaled to 10,000+ studios. The formulations, branding, and processes behind Baby and Eve reflect that same level of execution. Now it needs an owner who can give it full attention.

Brand Heritage

40 Years of Formulation Knowledge

The formulations behind Baby and Eve are rooted in tradition. The founder's mother made healing balms in Serbia over 40 years ago, using time-tested techniques passed down through generations. This deep knowledge was brought to Canada and refined into a modern, commercially viable product line.

The result is a superior ointment formulation that feels creamy and absorbs cleanly - unlike the greasy, oily feel of most ointments on the market. The manufacturing process has been perfected over years of production and retail feedback from hundreds of Canadian families.

A Growing Market

Zero Tariffs Under CUSMA

Baby and Eve is 100% manufactured in Canada. Under the CUSMA/USMCA trade agreement, Canadian-made products cross the US border with zero customs duties - even after the 2025-2026 tariff changes. While competitors importing from China and overseas face steep tariffs, Baby and Eve enters the US market duty-free.

This is a significant competitive advantage. Many natural baby skincare products sold in the US are manufactured overseas. A "Made in Canada" product with zero tariff burden can compete on price while maintaining premium margins.

Lean Manufacturing Footprint

The production process has been refined over years to deliver consistent, professional-grade results without the overhead of a large-scale operation. The real value is in the perfected formulations and manufacturing protocols - knowledge that took years to develop.

Untapped Growth Channels

Baby and Eve was run as one of two brands by a solo founder. A dedicated operator with full focus has significant room to grow revenue beyond the proven baseline.

Amazon

Amazon.ca + Amazon.com

Amazon US and Canada represent a massive untapped channel - the world's largest baby product marketplace. Competitors price similar calendula products at $35-$40, leaving significant pricing headroom for a new owner to capture.

Subscribe & Save

Diaper cream is a consumable - parents go through it fast. A subscription model on Shopify creates predictable recurring revenue with minimal effort.

Product Line Extension

The same ointment manufacturing process can produce baby wash, baby oil, and baby sunscreen. Four proven SKUs with a clear path to ten or more.

Maternal Care Market

MummyTummy stretch mark cream already targets expecting mothers. This opens the $4B+ maternal skincare market as a built-in second audience.
